My Day In D.C.

Hi, everyone!
I hope you guys had a good weekend. This past Friday, I went to the D.C. area with my boyfriend and dad. I've been wanting to go because that's where the closest IKEA is to me and I've been wanting to go for a while. I just wanted to share my day with you guys.

I put some strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, and raspberries in a mason jar and brought it as breakfast for while I was on the road.

When we got there, it was lunch time. We ate lunch then walked around. I bought a white side table that they didn't have last time I went, bed sheets, two bowls, and a plate.

After that, we went to Costco and the mall nearby. We didn't spend much time there because there was nothing we were interested in, so we drove into D.C.

We had to do so much walking! It was like being in New York. It was my first time walking around in D.C. My boyfriend and I went into Urban Outfitters, and the set up of the store was really cool. (I didn't think about taking pictures of it until now.) I found the photo booth in the store though. I was really excited because I always wanted to find a photo booth in a store. It was $5 but I just had to get it, haha. The background was really cute.

After roaming D.C., we went to dinner at Bonchon. It was our first time and it was SO good. If you don't know what Bonchon is, it's a Korean fried chicken resturaunt. We got the garlic soy flavor. If you love by one, I recommend you try it! It was heavenly.

Thanks for reading, everyone! Also, if you would like me to post quick, easy breakfast ideas, please comment below!

Lush Review: Catastrophe Cosmetic

Hi, everyone. I've been meaning to make this review since February, but I never got around to it. If you remember my last review on a Lush product, I mentioned how I made a short list of all the products I wanted from there; this happened to be one of them.

This product contains blueberries, calamine, rose absolute, and chamomile blue oil. It's a pretty easy application. All you have to do is apply it all over your face and wash it off with warm water after 5-10 minutes.

There were a few mixed reviews for this face mask, but I wanted it anyways. For my first Lush face mask, it was pretty nice. I liked the smell of it and how it felt like clay. They clay-like feeling was really easy to apply and it felt a little moist and cool when I applied it, since it came out the fridge. After I washed it off, my face felt nice and soft.

(This was when my boyfriend and I tried the mask for the first time.)

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who would like a nice, easy, and quick face mask.
I hope you guys enjoyed my review!

Hiatus/My High School Graduation

Hi, guys! (If you guys are still there.) I've been so m.i.a. on this blog for exactly four months now(✖╭╮✖) I told myself in January that I'd always update this blog, but I just got really lazy and I went under a lot of stress. I'm sorry, everyone! But, I'm going to start being more active now since it's summer vacation. (ू•ᴗ•ू❁)

:3

Thursday, June 12, was my high school graduation. I thought I was going to cry the whole time, but I just teared up during the salutatorian and valedictorian speeches; don't get me wrong, it was hard for me to contain the tears from pouring haha. I was so scared my cap was going to fall off while I walked acrossed the stage because it kept falling off my head when I was sitting, haha. Luckily, it didn't! *\(^o^)/* On another note, I graduated with honors and I'm so proud of myself for surviving these past four years. And although it's only been two days since, but it still hasn't hit me yet.

Here's some pictures from my graduation.

❀ I bought this dress for $15 back in May. I love the floral print, how thin it is, and the back.

This picture was taken at my boyfriend's house after the ceremony.
(My dad took my diploma home, so just pretend it was in my hand, hehe.)

Lastly, a picture of my number one fan, my lovely boyfriend. (I would post a picture of my family and I, but my dad doesn't like his face to be out on the internet lol.) I couldn't have survived the last three years of high school without him by my side. Besides my parents, he's been the one person that has supported me through everything and I could never thank him enough for all he's ever done for me. He, without a doubt, has been the highlight of my high school years.
