Valentine's Day ♡

Hi, guys! •ᴗ• I hope you all had a lovely Valentine's Day because I sure did. I was going to make a post about it yesterday, but I had a make-up day at school. (Yes, on a Saturday. I have two more Saturdays to make up too.) I rested after school and then went to babysit my cousin's, my boyfriend came later too. (^o^)/

So Friday, my boyfriend picked me up from school like he does on most days, and when I opened the door, I was suprised to see a rose next to him and a big balloon in the back seat. He told me he ordered it the week before. He's such a sweetheart. ♡ (^-^)/

We went back to my house and we exchanged presents. ♡

I got him a pair of shoes, a hoodie he has been telling me he needs, and a card. I don't think I've ever given him a real card before, haha. He got me my hair mask again (I did a review here), the face mask I really wanted for Christmas but it wasn't in stock at the store at the time, and film for my camera. He also got me the cardigan I've been wanting for a while, but it hasn't came in the mail yet! I also showed the rose he suprised me with in the picture. (• ε •) The mailboxes are the ones we made each other and I made a post on it here. ♡

We then went to dinner at Panera. Two years ago around this time, my boyfriend and I went to Panera together almost every Friday. Then we had it here and there, but since the new year, we decided to just go every 2nd Friday of the month.

We got our usual. We actually had dinner with my aunt and my younger cousin since we all went to Target together before that. After that, we dropped them off back at my house and we headed to town center for our reservations at the Royal Chocolate. It's a fondue place btw. *\(^o^)/*

It was our first time getting fondue. • I got strawberries and bananas, while my lovely valentine got little pound cakes and pretzels. He's always a sweetheart and lets me get whatever I want, so I chose Belgium dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is my favorite! And dark chocolate covered strawberries are one of my guilty pleasure. ( ♡ᴗ♡ ) I also ordered the frozen hot chocolate and oh my goodness, it was so good that even though I was full, I could not stop drinking it and took it home with me. ♡   (≧∇≦)

We then went to his house so I could see his dog for a little bit. Then back to my house so I could study for my AP Japanese quiz the next morning which I probably did end up failing. It was really hard. (e_e) We finished watching Scott Pilgrim and he said he liked it. (ू•ᴗ•ू❁) It's one of my favorite movies! Heheh.

This was the best Valentine's Day yet, all thanks to my lovely valentine.

I hope all you had a great day! I'd love to hear/read about it. *\(^o^)/*

27 Months ♡

Hi, everyone! (ू•ᴗ•ू❁)

Yesterday marked 27 months of my boyfriend and I being together, so we went out to eat a late lunch. We took my grandma to the grocery store first, then we got some macaroons, and then went to Handsome Biscuit. After lunch, we went to my cousin's house to help him decoarate a t-shirt for his 100th day of school.

We got 4 red velvet, 2 vanilla birthday cake, 2 earl grey, 2 raspberry, and 2 chocolate birthday cake macaroons! We tried the red velvet and vanilla birthday cake ones after lunch. My boyfriend liked them, but I thought there was too much cream cheese. I tried the earl grey one with my mom, and se thought it was too sweet, but I thought it was just okay. I do like how chewy the "bun" part of it is.

There is this little restaurant, and I mean little, they only have 4 tables, called Handsome Biscuit that has gotten popular lately. We have been waiting for our 27 months to try something new, so we finally went yesterday. I tried the hella fitzgerald and he got the bleu blazer. The hella fitzgerald had fried chicken with bacon, cheddar, and red eye sausage gravy. Honestly, I think the reason I wasn't so pleased with it was because I didn't like the taste of the gravy so much. The rest of it didn't have as much flavor, it tasted like only 50% of the flavor was there. On the other hand, my boyfriend really enjoyed his and when I let him try mine, he liked that too. His bleu blazer had fried chicken with spicy pickled red cabbage and blue cheese dressing.

But yeah, I'm very thankful for having him my life. ••

D.I.Y. Valentine's Day ♡

So as we all know, Valentine's Day is coming right around the corner! I was helping my younger cousins the other week with some arts and crafts their mom bought them and we decorated mailboxes. I thought it was such a cute idea so my boyfriend and I bought two mailboxes and some stickers.

What we did was decorate the mailboxes with stickers, just like my younger cousins did. You can use the mailbox however you like, but I thought of the idea of writing letters to each other everyday of February until Valentine's day. Kind of like the 12 days of Christmas concept, but with 14 letters for every day until Valentine's day.

I just wanted to share this cute D.I.Y. with you all. *\(^o^)/* It's very inexpensive! I actually got the mailboxes and stickers from Target for $1 each.
